Ölçüm Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Ölçüm account (APPWO, EKOSEPET ONLİNE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) and the data linked to it.
1. Request in the app
- Open Ölçüm and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
- The app guides you to send the request from your registered email address to [email protected].
2. Request by email
Send an email with the subject "Ölçüm account deletion" from the address registered to your account to [email protected]. We may ask you to reply to confirm you own the account. We process your request within 30 days and confirm the result by email.
3. What is deleted
- Account and sign-in details (email, password hash) and display name.
- Projects and subscription records on the server (unless the law requires keeping them).
Measurements and photos on your device are not stored on our servers; delete them one by one in the app, or uninstall the app to remove them all.
4. What is kept
- Records we must keep by law (such as invoices), for the legal period.
- Backups, until their cycle ends (up to 30 days); we do not restore from them.
5. Guest use
Guest use creates no account data on the server. Uninstalling the app deletes all of your data.
