Ölçüm Privacy Policy
The Ölçüm app is published under the APPWO brand by EKOSEPET ONLİNE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, which is the data controller. This policy follows the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
1. In short
- You can use the app as a guest without an account. As a guest, your measurements stay on your device only.
- The camera image is processed on your device for measuring; the camera feed is not sent to our servers.
- No ads, no advertising ID, no third-party analytics or tracking. We do not sell your data.

3. Camera and ARCore
Camera permission is requested for measuring; without it you can still enter measurements by hand. This application runs on Google Play Services for AR (ARCore), which is provided by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Measurement photos you save are kept on your device. When you tap Share, the photo or PDF is sent to the app you choose.
4. Legal bases
Account data is processed to enter into and perform our contract with you, security logs on legitimate interest, and records required by law on legal obligation.
5. Service providers and international transfers
Account data is stored with Supabase Inc. on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google. These transfers rely on KVKK article 9 and standard contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the app or delete it in the app.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to complain. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Each row on the server can only be read by its owner (row-level security). App data is excluded from device backups.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
