By using the app you agree to these terms. The service is provided by EKOSEPET ONLİNE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (APPWO).
1. The service
Ölçüm lets you take approximate measurements with your phone camera and augmented reality, save them and share them. Basic measuring is free; some features may require a Pro subscription.
2. Measurement accuracy
Results depend on the device, light, surface and use and are approximate. The app is not a calibrated measuring instrument. Check results with a suitable tool before construction, ordering, cutting, legal or safety decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from decisions based on approximate results.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account details safe. You can delete your account at any time (Account deletion).
4. Subscription
When offered, the Pro subscription is purchased through Google Play; price, renewal and cancellation follow Google Play terms. You can cancel at any time in Google Play.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to violate others' privacy or to disrupt the service.
6. Intellectual property
The app and its content belong to APPWO. Measurements, photos and reports you create belong to you.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your consumer rights are not affected. Contact: [email protected].
