VitaMe Terms of Use
1. What VitaMe is
VitaMe is a personal care and wellbeing tracker. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool or treatment service. Nothing in the app, including suggestions and robot replies, is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Always talk to a health professional before making decisions about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye and the EU).
2. Age limit
The app is for people aged 18 and over. You state your birth year when you create an account, and we rely on that statement.
3. Your account and deleting it
You can delete your account at any time. Access ends as soon as you ask; your data is kept for 30 days and you can sign in and choose "Cancel deletion" during that time to restore it. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted. Data we must keep by law (such as invoices) is kept for the legal period. Details: Account and data deletion.
4. Your content
The text, photos and voice you put into the app belong to you. We use this content only to provide the service to you and do not share it with other users. Exception: the anonymous statistics and experience donation features only work if you grant the matching permission ("Join anonymous statistics" or experience donation).
5. Paid features
Purchasing is closed in this version and the app is free to use. When subscriptions open, their terms will be published on this page and in the app; payments are handled by Google Play.
6. Content licences and attributions
- Product barcode lookup uses data from Open Beauty Facts / Open Food Facts (© Open Food Facts contributors, Open Database License).
- Weather values are provided by MET Norway (Norwegian Meteorological Institute) under CC BY 4.0.
- Knowledge cards are compiled from peer-reviewed and official sources; each card shows its own source.
7. Limitation of liability

8. Changes
If these terms change, the date and version at the top of this page are updated. The notice and effective date clause is being prepared by our lawyer.
