WO PDF Terms of Use
1. Who we are and what you agree to
WO PDF is published by APPWO (EKOSEPET ONLİNE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) ("we", "us"), Esentepe Mah. Kasap Sk. Altınay İş Merkezi No: 8-10, İç Kapı No: 7, Şişli/İstanbul, Türkiye, info@viq.com.tr.
By installing or using WO PDF you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your downloads and purchases through Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
2. What WO PDF does
WO PDF is an Android app for working with PDF files on your device. Depending on your plan it lets you turn photos and video frames into PDFs, open and arrange pages, merge, split and extract pages, compress files, add text, drawings, highlights, shapes, images and a drawn signature, add watermarks and page numbers, save pages as images, and recognize text (OCR). Tools that need a paid plan show the lowest plan that includes them. Files are processed on your device.
3. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use WO PDF on Android devices that you own or control, as allowed by Google Play and these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, lease or distribute the app, and you may not reverse engineer or extract its source code, except to the extent the law or an open-source licence allows it despite this restriction. You may not remove notices from the app. Open-source components included in the app are covered by their own licences: Open-source notices.
4. Plans and limits
WO PDF has a Free plan and two paid plans, Basic and Pro. The Plans screen in the app shows what each plan includes. The current limits are:

Features and limits can change in future versions of the app.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Monthly subscription. Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically every month until you cancel.
- Price and billing. Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you buy and charges your Google Play payment method. We do not handle your payment details. Prices can differ by country and can include taxes. Any change to the price of an existing subscription is handled under Google Play's rules for subscription price changes.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Google Play. Open Google Play, go to Subscriptions, select WO PDF and choose Cancel subscription. You can also go to Settings, Google, Manage your Google Account, Payments and subscriptions, Manage subscriptions. After you cancel, you can keep using your paid plan for the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds. You can request a refund through Google Play under the Google Play refund policy, or write to us at info@viq.com.tr. We will look at requests as far as Google Play's policies and the law allow. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
- Consumer rights. Your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you are reserved, and nothing in these Terms limits them. For help with a refund or a subscription, write to us at info@viq.com.tr. Your documents stay on your device when a subscription ends.
- Changing between Basic and Pro. The Plans screen may let you switch to the other plan directly. If that cannot be completed, the app opens your subscription in Google Play. You can also cancel the current subscription in Google Play (see "Cancelling" above), keep using it until the period you have already paid for ends, and then choose the other plan on the Plans screen.
- Restoring. If you reinstall the app or use a new device, sign in to Google Play with the same Google account and use Restore purchases on the Plans screen of the app (or Restore next to Purchases in Settings).
- How the app knows your plan. The app asks Google Play for your subscription status when you open the app, when you return to it, and from time to time. If Google Play cannot be reached, the app may rely on your most recent successful check for up to 3 days. Paid features may be locked if your subscription ends, is refunded, or cannot be confirmed.
6. Your files, backups and responsibility
- Your files are processed and stored on your device. We do not receive, store or back them up, and we cannot recover them for you.
- The app turns off Android backup. The app's library, saved signatures and unfinished scan draft are not included in Google backups or device transfers, and they are removed if you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Copies saved in the Documents/WO PDF folder are ordinary files that you manage yourself.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important.
- You confirm that you have the right to use and process the files you open in the app.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use WO PDF to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to process content you have no right to process. Do not try to bypass plan limits, the subscription check or Google Play billing, and do not interfere with the app or with other people's use of it.
8. Limits of the tools
- Editing. The PDF editor (Basic plan) adds text, drawings, highlights, shapes and images on top of a page. It does not edit the existing text of a PDF the way a word processor does. Its cover and replace tools place a box over existing content and write on top; the original text stays in the file and can still be copied. Do not rely on it to keep confidential information from being seen or to remove it from the file.
- Signature. The signature tool (Basic plan) places a signature you draw with your finger on the page as an image. It is not a certified or qualified electronic signature. Whether it is accepted depends on the law and on the person who asks for it.
- Compression. Compression (Basic plan) turns pages into images to make the file smaller. Text in the compressed file cannot be selected, and form fields, links and bookmarks are lost. If the result would not be smaller, the app keeps the original.
- Text recognition (OCR). OCR (Pro plan) works for English and Turkish only. Results may contain mistakes; check them before you rely on them.
- Photos and scans. The app uses your device's camera app. Edge detection and image filters may not give the result you expect on every photo.
- Protected and very large files. Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Very large files may not open or may take a long time, depending on your device.
9. Updates
We may update the app, change its features, or stop offering it. Where a change affects what you have paid for, we will act in line with Google Play rules and the law.
10. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, WO PDF is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free, that it will work on every device or with every file, or that the results will fit your purpose.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss or damage of files or data. To that extent, our total liability for any claim connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Liability that cannot be limited by law (including mandatory consumer rights, intent and gross negligence) is not affected by this limit, and nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
12. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Remember to cancel your subscription separately. We may restrict or end your access if you seriously break these Terms, in line with Google Play rules.
13. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain reserved. Jurisdiction lies with the court or consumer arbitration committee that the mandatory consumer legislation designates; in all other cases, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms we update the date at the top and publish the new version at this address. If a change is significant, we will also mention it in the release notes of the next app update. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
